Reservations & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is payable no later than 7 days before arrival, unless arranged otherwise.
- Proof of payment should be emailed to info@themeadowguesthouse.co.za
- A reservation will only be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- Rates may change without prior notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the agreed rate will be honoured.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 30 days or more before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded.
- 14 days or less before arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures: no refund.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Alternative times may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Responsibility & Liability
- Stays at The Meadow are at guests’ own risk. The owners will not be held responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Any breakages or damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, road closures, or power outages.
House Rules
Guests:
- The Meadow accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and is rented as a whole unit (no single-room bookings).
- Only booked and registered guests may stay overnight.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed, unless by prior written consent.
Respect for Property:
- Guests are asked to respect the property, furnishings, and the quiet atmosphere of the farm.
